INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup semolina flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Green Olive Oil 1938 EVOO
  • 2 teaspoon Dry active yeast
  • Salt
  • Chia seeds
  • Anise seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients together
  2. When using a bread machine, pour the liquid ingredients first.
  3. Knead and let rise
  4. Cook for 20 min at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  5. Place water in a recipient and place in the oven to help the bread remain moist.
