Tunsouk Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We are dedicated to delivering our hand-selected extra virgin olive oils and handcrafted olivewood products safely and efficiently to your doorstep. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom Orders: For any custom-engraved or personalized olivewood items, please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for artisanal production before shipment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for delivery across the United States:

Standard Shipping: Delivers within 3–7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Delivers within 1–3 business days.

Heavy or Fragile Freight: Because olivewood can be dense and heavy, and our glass olive oil bottles are fragile, larger items (such as large boards, blocks, or bulk orders) will have shipping rates calculated strictly based on weight and dimensions to ensure safe, secure handling.
3. Local Pickup
If you are local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, you can skip the shipping fees entirely with free pickup at our Plano facility!

Your order will typically be ready for pickup within 24 hours.

We will send you an email or text notification when it's ready, along with instructions. Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to collect it.
4. Shipment Tracking & Insurance

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

Every shipment is securely packed to prevent oil leakage or wood bruising, and high-value orders include shipping insurance to protect your items during transit.
5. Damages & Issues
We take great pride in packaging our premium goods securely so they arrive in perfect condition.

If your package arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass, leaked oil, or cracked wood), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tunsouk.com.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take a couple of quick photos of the box and the item so we can file a carrier claim and send you a replacement immediately.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship across the United States from our Texas facility. For international shipping inquiries outside the US, please contact our customer service team directly for a custom freight quote and estimated delivery timeline.
